Max: A Little Too Unemployed

Men are from Earth, Women are from some Undiscovered Planet. That's the subject of my next book.

Today a car cut me off. Just another moment in my life on the roads of this insane city. When I pulled up next to the Expedition, I noticed (through a light tint) some obviously bitcherella woman talking on the phone while playing with her hair. If she were a Chinese dish she'd be called Dumb fuck duck. No wonder she was completely oblivious by the fact she almost cause a four or five car accident. Aside from the fact that she was not fit to drive a machine of that size.

I was walking around and was reminded how much I hate ugly toes. People with ugly, crooked, lizard like toes should never expose them. Especially in restaurants. Restaurants are not the only place that offends, ever notice how people prop their feet on dashboards? Some even have the audacity to stick them out car windows. People have become a little too casual with their toe pride; toe power. One person's comfort is another person's disgust.

Which led me to another thought. I was looking at some old family pictures and was struck by how sharply dressed everyone was. My father and his buddies always looked as though they were going out to a ball. Even at pic-nics they looked like Duke Ellington and Rudolph Valentino. This was the standard norm back then. Even silver screen stars were dressed in fine threads. The whole era spoke of class. Today? I noticed how I was dressed to go out. Stylish but hardly something out of the Zegna book. Like their toes, some people tend to be a little to 'cas' when they go out. Tied up hair, no make up, torn pants, bermudas - it's as if being minimalist is cool. Whatever. There's no sense of high style these days.

You know what? There are no great diners in the city anymore. Apple pie shops, great pizza places, ice-cream parlours whatever. It's all dead now.

I was at the grocery store and I think I will begin to record my experiences there. It never fails to spook me. 12 cashes and I always manage to choose the wrong possible one even after careful study f which I wanted to go into. The one I choose almost always ends up in total disaster. More on this later. I'm too tired to think and write right now.
